My stay at The Peninsula Paris was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was immersed in an atmosphere of unparalleled luxury and sophistication. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect—from the immaculate décor blending Parisian elegance with modern touches to the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every interaction was warm, professional, and thoughtful, making me feel like a truly valued guest. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, offering both comfort and convenience. The rooftop restaurant with its stunning views of the Eiffel Tower was a highlight, providing an unforgettable dining experience with exquisite cuisine. The location, just steps from iconic landmarks like the Arc de Triomphe, was perfect for exploring the heart of Paris. After a day of sightseeing, the serene spa and wellness area provided the ideal retreat to relax and recharge. Staying at The Peninsula Paris is more than just a hotel experience; it’s a journey into the art of fine living. I can’t recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning to this haven of luxury.

It was very calm and serene. The Peninsula made excellent accommodations and was able to provide us with an early check-in. Not only did they give us an early check-in, they had a full breakfast waiting for us in our room. There was one mistake made - my son's stuffed animal got taken away with the sheets accidentally when they were cleaned and he went missing for a night. The hotel found and returned him, with another stuffed animal that had my son's name embroidered on the back - my son named him Peninsula Bear - and they took pictures of the two stuffed animals on the hotel rooftop overlooking the Eiffel Tower having an "adventure" together (to explain my son's stuffed animal's absence) and included a note as well. It was the most amazing customer service I have ever received and they turned what could have been an awful situation into a wonderful experience for my son.

Everything was perfect EVERYTHING! We had a terrible start, cancelled flight, our baggage was lost, arriving at the hotel we was both so stressed! The hotel on arrival took all the stress away, I was overwhelmed with their kindness and they did absolutely everything they could to make our stay just perfect.
